Deviations of the nose are the ultimate challenge for the nasal surgeon, who must find the most suitable procedures to correct both the inner and the outer nose. The asymmetry of the two sides is the main aesthetic issue, while from the functional point of view one of the two nasal fossae is more obstructed than the other one. Perfect symmetry between the two halves of the face is not achievable and would not be natural.
