The nose is too big for the face. The disproportion between the size of the nose and the face captures the eye of the observer. Our first goal is to move backward and stabilize the tip, then reshape the dorsum and shorten the nose. The fineness of the final result depends largely on the adaptability of the skin and the soft tissues to a smaller structure. A series of technical details allow us to reduce the unpredictability of this rehash of the skin and soft tissues.
